The rules and conditions for using the ProTT marketplace.

1. Introduction

Welcome to ProTT. By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and use ProTT.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials.

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, photographs and product information. Only genuine table tennis equipment approved by ProTT may be listed.

Buyers should carefully review listings before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, please contact the seller before placing an order.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ProTT charges a marketplace commission on completed sales.

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping sold items safely and promptly. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve any issues directly. Where appropriate, ProTT may assist in reviewing disputes.

Counterfeit products, stolen goods, illegal items and products unrelated to table tennis are not permitted on ProTT.

ProTT reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

ProTT provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers but is not the owner of products listed by users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ProTT means you accept the latest version.
