By accessing and using PTTSh ("Platform", "Service"), operated by PTTSh Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PTTSh. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

PTTSh is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of table tennis equipment. We provide:

• Platform for listing and purchasing table tennis equipment
• Payment processing and escrow services
• Dispute resolution mechanisms
• Communication tools between buyers and sellers
• Order tracking and delivery confirmation

We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or legality of products sold by third-party sellers.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Sellers agree to:

• List only authentic, legally owned table tennis equipment
• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Ship products within 3 business days of order confirmation
• Provide valid tracking information
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
• Accept returns and refunds as per our return policy

Sellers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with their sales. We may withhold payments for violations of these Terms.

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and billing information
• Make payments through approved methods only
• Confirm receipt of products within 48 hours of delivery
• Report any issues within 3 days of delivery
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
• Respect seller's intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We provide escrow services to protect both buyers and sellers:

• Payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• Sellers receive payment only after successful delivery
• We may freeze payments for disputes or violations
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• We charge transaction fees as disclosed at checkout
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers. Disputes regarding payments must be reported within 30 days.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, or search results
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Using automated systems to access the Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer our platform
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

The PTTSh platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their product listings and content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its content without written permission. We respect intellectual property rights and will remove infringing content upon proper notice.

We provide dispute resolution services for transaction-related issues:

• Buyers must report issues within 3 days of delivery
• We will investigate and mediate disputes
• Our decision is final and binding
• We may require evidence and documentation
• Disputes may result in account suspension or termination

For legal disputes, these Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Outstanding payments may be held for dispute resolution
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
